Hiring Process

Productivity Review

First, we meet with you to find out about your situation, how your business operates, what you need and offer advice and an orientation on outsourcing effectively and how it can work for you. This advice is obligation-free and at no cost to you!

Report and Job Design

Then, the Leap Virtual Assistant team will put together a customised job description for you which addresses your specific requirements to help you attract the best candidate possible.

Recruiting and interviewing

We personally recruit our candidates based on your specific job description requirements, along with seeking the right personality and cultural fit for you and your business. We conduct thorough interviews, screening and security vetting and reference checks. We then present you with the best candidates and conduct a group interview/introduction so you can get to know them. Then it’s up to you to decide if the candidate is right for you so we can set a start date!

Onboarding - 12-weeks

This is where the magic happens. This process is carefully managed by us and we conduct frequent calls and Zoom meetings during the onboarding period as we work with you and your new VA to ensure all processes and systems are correctly set up, and all tasks and requirements are handled smoothly and successfully.

By the end of the onboarding, you and your VA will be working together effectively – and you will already be blown away by how much more time you have and how efficiently this part of your business is running!

Ongoing Support, Reviews & Training

We don’t just provide a plan and regularly review your progress during the onboarding process, we also conduct regular review meetings once the onboarding period has concluded. This way we keep our finger on the pulse to ensure things are still working smoothly for both of you.

We even have an online knowledge base for clients with tools, videos, training and templates to help with organising the onboarding process and with ongoing management.
