Screening applications

We receive thousands of applications each week. We search through our database for the right candidates who match the requirements of the role. We only contact the top candidates for initial screening. Onboarding & probation- first 90 days

You are supported through a comprehensive onboarding program for the first 12 weeks. This process is carefully managed by us and we conduct frequent calls and Zoom meetings during the onboarding period as we work with you and your new client to ensure all processes and systems are correctly set up, and all tasks and requirements are handled smoothly and successfully.

By the end of the onboarding, you and your client will be working together effectively. We are available for help, training and support at any stage of the onboarding period as well as afterwards.

Job certainty and security

The safety and job security of our employees is our top priority. Our VA's get paid each fortnight, even if our clients don't pay us. This provides our VA's with certainty. In the unlikely event that the role with the client is discontinued; we will look for a new client for you to work for. We will always give you a notice period and can general find you another role promptly.

Do you have specialist or professional skills?

We are keen to hear from applicants with specific qualifications and experience in:

  • Australian or NZ experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting
  • Australian or NZ experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Mortgage Broking, Loan Processing
  • You have expeirnec working for a Digital Agency in Australian or another Western country with experience in Google Adwords, SEO, online marketing, video or social media (must be at least 1 year experience).
  • Ourbound B2B sales experience calling into Western businesses.

Do you provide Visa’s or can you help me work in Australia?

Leap Resourcing only provides remote VA roles based in the Philippines and several other countries in the Asia.  We are unable to offer visa’s or work in Australia.
