- Client must satisfy the minimum preparation criteria for the onboarding program
- Pre-onboarding plan completed prior to the VA starting and completed to a satisfactory standard deemed by the Onboarding Manager
- Onboarding check in’s attended by the client and the client engages with the onboarding program to a satisfactory standard deemed by the Onboarding Manager
- The client spends a minimum contact time with VA per week as deemed by the Onboarding Manager
- Accounts paid with 7 days of due date
- Client complies with all terms and conditions of our Recruitment and Master Agreement
- We will not waive the fee but refund it if they are not up and running by the end of month 1
- Onboarding fee must be paid in full prior to start date
- Recruitment and Master agreement signed
- The month starts from when the VA starts. Any sick leave or delays by the VA or client don’t count towards that month. The month is 20 work days when the VA actually works (i.e. if they get sick for a week; that adds another week).
